Endava is aware of active Internet based employment frauds that use very realistic company names and branding; victims have reported being approached by individuals claiming to represent genuine organisations and being offered employment as remote workers. The victims are then asked for personal details and are given work to perform and are subsequently not paid for that work.
These fraudsters are quite sophisticated and use realistic documents, web sites and branding to make their offers seem valid.
